When will my order be dispatched?
Typically, orders are dispatched within 5 days
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, Express shipping is 1-2 days.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking email once your order ships. Click the link to follow your package in real time.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, change-of-mind returns aren't permitted; however, we will replace defective items. For replacement, please email info@namebadgesaustralia.com.au within 14 days of your order dispatch.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at info@namebadgesaustralia.com.au within 14 days of your order dispatch with a photo, and we'll get a replacement sent out ASAP.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order is in fulfilment.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a panel of couriers, although 90% of orders are shipped with Australia Post, and PO Boxes are always sent with Australia Post. If your order is urgent, please select Express post.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing and never store your card details.
How do I place a bulk order?
You can either place a bulk order using the product customiser, which has a bulk order feature, or email info@namebadgesaustralia.com.au, and our team will come back with a bespoke quote.
How do I log into my account to view past orders?
Go to account.namebadgesaustralia.com and use your email address, which will send a short code to log in to the account.
